CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER — New York City, NY

OVERVIEW

ZenAgain is looking for a dynamic Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team. This individual will manage a portfolio of clients through the customer lifecycle; driving adoption and outcomes leading to renewals and expansion of product offerings throughout the client journey.

We're looking for self-motivated, curious, resilient professionals with strong organizational and follow up skills, who thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a CSM, you will be expected to meet clearly defined individual goals while working closely with leadership to drive the business forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong direct relationships with key client stakeholders and/or their designated agencies and partners. Establish consistent touchpoints with these stakeholders.

  • Own the entire post-sales relationship, including on-boarding, ongoing retention, and up-selling/expansion.

  • Manage the client experience through effective communication with a strong focus on growth and performance to ensure retention and renewal.

  • Establish a regular engagement cadence with each assigned client to track goals, deliver periodic business reviews, provide product roadmap updates, and act as a point of escalation for all activities across the client account.

  • Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and the rest of the ZenAgain team.

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.

  • Analyze data through reports and trends.

  • Other duties as needed based on department and/or organizational needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS degree & 1+ years experience related to SaaS, technology and/or digital marketing.

  • A proactive, energetic attitude and desire to work in a results-oriented, collaborative and fast paced environment.

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.

  • Organized and process oriented.

  • Strong client-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives.

  • A curious and resourceful mindset, eager to learn and quick to solve problems.

  • Ability to successfully manage multiple clients, campaigns, strategies in an organized and meticulous manner.

  • A self starter who is diligent and organized but adaptable.
